Client is one of the top FM radio channels having stations spread all across India and who has grown rapidly in last couple of years. One of the challenges of this growth has been managing systems and processes, and more importantly access to actionable and current business critical information. Management found it difficult to track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which in turn restricted the business growth.

The Problem
